First things first... Happy New Year!
I hope that your new year has gotten off to a great start. 2020 was definitely a year for the books that was truly a character-building and life-changing. Now that 2020 has officially come to an end, we can all now move forward into the prosperous year that will be 2021.
At the beginning of every year, many people set new year's resolutions and/or goals that they want to accomplish before the year's end. Oftentimes these goals are not met due to several reasons including, but not limited to:
poor planning or no planning at all;
setting unrealistic or too large goals;
not establishing a routine or structure;
not being specific about the goal(s) set;
loss of motivation and/or distractions; and
falling what seems like too far behind.
Don't feel bad if you resonated with any of these examples. I'm raising my hand right along with you. Well let me tell you some good news: 2021 doesn't have to end up like past years.
In 2021, I want to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. I want to be successful and I want to get into my best shape ever. I want to be physically, mentally, and emotionally well. Not only am I aiming to accomplish my goals, but I am also want to make lifestyle changes that will positively benefit me. I believe that in order to meet these goals I need to have a plan, a strategy, clear, specific, and realistic goals, and a system in place that will help me be productive and establish structure. If this sounds like what you want for yourself this year, I've got something for you that can help. Keep reading!
I've taken it upon myself to create a printable weekly planner and monthly calendar template that can be used at any time to plan your weekly action items and monthly priorities. The weekly planner includes a habit tracker to help you stay on track with your lifestyle changes and check off your accomplishments. I hope that this planner will help you kickstart your year into high gear and make 2021 your year of productivity, accomplished goals, and WINS!
As a final note, you do not have to accomplish everything in one day, but you can take small steps that lead to a better you.
With peace, love, and happiness,
- Maleshia J.
